what do you think of this new poem..critic's please

Laying on my back with my arms tucked behind my head,
Staring up at the stars in the cool of the night,
I breathe fog from my lips,
I thought I felt your hand on my chest
The hairs on my body standing up on ends and goosebumps appear
A shiver goes down my body,
Uncomfortably moving my body to get my hand inside of a pocket.
Pulling out that pack of Marlboro's and lighter.
Flicker of flame leaves the negative image of the flash behind my eyelids.
Inhale, pull the soft paper away from my lips and begin to feel the warmth fill my lungs
Close my eyes to watch the flicker to die behind my eyes,
I thought I felt your lips upon mine.
Push the smoke out with a big sigh,
Headlights coming in my direction begin to blind me again,
Hauling myself up, I put the cigarette in my mouth.
I am sitting in the middle of an intersection
An 18 wheeler is barreling down on me,
A blast of noise is sounded from the horns,
And a smile comes to my lips,
A fallen cigarette rolls across the pavement,
I thought I felt your love.
Rolling into a puddle of blood
Its existence is put out
